Location: Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to sell industrial machinery, including Injection Moulding and Blow Moulding Machines. Candidates will handle qualified leads, understand customer requirements, explain products, prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience is mandatory.
- B2B, technical, industrial, machinery, software, or consultative sales experience preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain consistent customer follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets of ₹10 lakh+.
- Bengali, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.

Note: Freshers are not eligible. Candidates with proven sales achievements and experience selling high-value or technical products will be preferred.
