- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot FTTH fiber connections, CCTV systems, and network equipment.
- Perform fiber-optic, Cat6 cable Laying, splicing, termination, and testing as required.
- Install IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Configure ONT/ONU devices, IP cameras, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot fiber signal loss, internet outages, camera video loss, and network failures.
- Perform Ethernet cable crimping, termination, and testing.
- Configure remote CCTV monitoring and network access.
- Conduct site surveys and identify suitable cable routes and equipment locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain installation reports, service records, and equipment inventories.
- Follow technical standards, safety procedures, and customer service requirements.
