- Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities in the bakery and cake manufacturing unit.
- Ensure smooth production operations and timely completion of orders.
- Maintain product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Coordinate with production staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of production equipment.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food, Bakery, Cake, or Food Processing industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food production processes and quality standards.
- Positive communication, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
