* Instant Lead Response: Call on leads provided by the firm immediately to ensure high engagement while the client’s interest is fresh.

* Requirement Gathering: Telephonically understand the client’s scope of work, budget ,timeline, and design preferences.

* Meeting Scheduling: Pitch the firm’s unique value proposition and successfully schedule site visits or design consultations between the client and Designers

Sales Conversion & Follow-Ups

* Rigorous Follow-Ups: Maintain a structured follow-up calendar for clients who have received initial quotes or designs but haven't signed the contract yet.

* Negotiation & Closing: Address client objections regarding pricing, material specifications, or timelines smoothly, and guide them toward signing the final project agreement.

* Contract Sign-off: Coordinate the collection of the initial advance payment (booking amount) and handle the official signing of the client agreement.

Functional & Sales Skills

* High-Converting Pitching Skills:



Ability to articulately explain the benefits of turnkey vs. consultancy interior models over the phone.

* Mastery in Objection Handling: Expert at handling tough client questions like "Why is your quote higher than local contractors?" or "Can you give a discount on your design fee?" without losing the deal.

* Sales Funnel Management: Knowledge of how to move a client smoothly from the initial inquiry stage to the final advance cheque stage.

B. Soft Skills & Communication

* Persuasive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English to deal confidently with high-end clients.

* High Energy & Persistence: The drive to handle multiple calls a day and follow up politely but aggressively without getting discouraged by rejections.
