1. Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and alert CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance cameras, identify suspicious activities, maintain security records, and ensure the safety of the premises, employees, visitors, and assets.

1. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor CCTV cameras continuously and ensure proper surveillance of all designated areas.
2. Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, or security breaches.
3. Immediately inform the Security Supervisor or Control Room In-charge about any emergency or unusual incident.
4. Maintain CCTV monitoring logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.
5. Ensure all CCTV cameras, monitors, and recording systems are functioning properly.
6. Check DVR/NVR systems and ensure proper video recording and backup.
7. Coordinate with security guards, field officers, and site supervisors.
8. Review and retrieve CCTV footage whenever required by management.

Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information.
10. Follow emergency response procedures and security protocols.

- 3. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR, NVR and monitoring systems.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain alert during long monitoring hours.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring will be preferred.
- Honest, disciplined and responsible attitude.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- 5. Shift & Working Conditions8/12-hour duty as per site requirements.
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Weekly off as per company policy.
