Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and responsible Retail & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and quality.

- Handle retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.

- Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.





- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

- Promote organic, natural, and healthy food products.

- Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

- Handle customer queries and provide satisfactory solutions.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a team.

- Basic computer and billing knowledge.

- Previous experience in retail or sales will be preferred.
