3-5 Years Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (AM/DM) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage and support Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives. The role focuses on improving employee performance, strengthening organizational effectiveness, competency development, employee engagement, and HR process improvement through data-driven practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end PMS activities, including goal setting, periodic performance reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Monitor KRAs, KPIs, performance evaluation cycles, and appraisal timelines to ensure timely completion.




• Support organizational development initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
• Conduct competency mapping and skill gap analysis to identify employee development requirements.
• Coordinate training and development programs based on identified competency gaps and business needs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, feedback surveys, and action plans to improve employee experience.
• Maintain PMS documentation, HR MIS, performance dashboards, and management reports.
• Collaborate with department heads and employees to ensure effective implementation of performance management processes.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to support continuous improvement and informed HR decisions.
