We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to work with one of our clients on a contract basis, with an immediate joining preference. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data management, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and workflows.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
• Configure and implement Salesforce applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Provide functional expertise across Salesforce Cloud products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct solution design workshops and present recommendations to business leaders.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals, security requirements, and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices. Requirements Required

Qualifications:




• 3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Platform Developer 2
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud is preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and present solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Experience in healthcare, payer, PBM, or healthcare services environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration and data migration projects. Desired
