- Data Scientist Job Level/ Designation M2/AGM Function / Department SNOC/Performance Analytics (S±) Location Pune Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Data Scientist to develop and produce AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for telecom network and performance analytics. The role will work with large-scale network and operational data to deliver predictive insights, anomaly detection, forecasting, root-cause analysis and intelligent automation, with end-to-end ownership from model development to production deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop ML solutions for anomaly detection, forecasting, classification, clustering, NLP and predictive analytics.
• Apply AI/ML to telecom datasets including network KPIs, alarms, events, logs, configurations and service-performance data.
• Build GenAI/LLM applications, RAG pipelines, semantic search and Agentic AI workflows.
• Develop scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka or similar technologies.
• Implement MLOps practices covering model versioning, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, drift detection and retraining.
• Design production-ready AI services using APIs, microservices and containerized architectures.
• Apply Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance and AI guardrails.
• Collaborate with SNOC, Performance,



Engineering and IT teams to translate operational problems into scalable AI solutions. Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML or Advanced Analytics.
• Solid hands-on expertise in Python, SQL and Machine Learning.
• Experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Classical ML and Deep Learning.
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or CrewAI.
• Experience with MLOps platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, SageMaker or equivalent.
• Experience handling high-volume data using Spark, Kafka, Databricks or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience in telecom/network performance analytics.
• Knowledge of network anomaly detection, outage prediction, RCA, forecasting and network optimization.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes and microservices.
• Understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline. Master's degree or relevant AI/ML certification is an advantage.
