We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, development and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, ServiceNow Integrations, Discovery and Virtual Agent, along with experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Define platform strategy, governance, best practices and technical standards.
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Drive CMDB strategy, data modelling, Discovery, Service Mapping and Asset Management initiatives.
- Design and enhance Service Catalog offerings, automated workflows and self-service capabilities.
- Develop and optimize Virtual Agent solutions to improve user experience.
- Manage integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub and APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to development and administration teams.
- Ensure platform performance, security, scalability and compliance with best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.





Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Asset Management.
- Robust experience in Service Catalog design and implementation.
- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server and Integration Hub.
- Experience in Virtual Agent development and conversational workflows.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and UI Policies.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Experience Requirements

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations and transformation projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a combination of strong architectural capabilities, hands-on technical expertise and experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations. They should be comfortable engaging with business stakeholders while providing technical direction to development and administration teams.
