Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer – Workday with strong techno-functional expertise across Workday HCM and Financial Management. The candidate will lead solution design, integrations, reporting, security, testing, and end-to-end delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of Workday experience, with solid techno-functional and solution design expertise.
- Hands-on experience in both Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
- Expertise in Workday integrations: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and/or Object Transporter .
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework, security configuration, calculated fields, and reporting.
- Experience in requirements analysis, solution architecture, configuration, enhancements, and full project lifecycle delivery.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression,



and UAT testing.
- Experience managing technical backlogs, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting production environments.
- Strong understanding of HR and Finance business processes and master data governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Workday biannual feature releases and impact assessments.
- Expertise in advanced, matrix, and composite reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Experience with Agile or product-based delivery methodologies.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and analysts.
- Experience with end-to-end Workday implementations, module rollouts, and cross-functional integrations.
