Role Description The Content Writer/Editor will research, write, and edit feature articles, interviews, profiles, and digital stories focused on business leadership and entrepreneurship. This full time, on-site role in West Delhi involves collaborating with the editorial team to plan story angles, refine content for clarity and impact, and ensure consistency with the magazine’s voice and standards. The individual will conduct background research on companies and leaders, prepare interview questionnaires, and edit submissions for grammar, structure,



and style. The role also includes coordinating with design and marketing teams for timely content delivery, optimizing content for digital platforms, and maintaining editorial quality and deadlines. Qualifications
• Strong writing and editing skills, including experience crafting articles, interviews, and leadership-focused features.
• Research and analytical abilities to gather information, verify facts, and develop insightful story angles.
• Content planning and basic content strategy experience for print and digital media, especially in business or leadership domains.
• Attention to detail in proofreading, grammar, and style, with the ability to maintain a consistent editorial tone.
• Familiarity with digital publishing tools, social media, and online content formats; basic understanding of SEO is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, manage multiple assignments, and meet editorial deadlines.
• Prior experience in business journalism, magazines, or editorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
