Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept through completion, including client consultations, developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and overseeing detailed drawings and documentation. The Senior Interior Designer will coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors, manage FF&E; selections, and ensure that design solutions align with project budgets and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, supervising junior designers, reviewing construction drawings, conducting site visits, and monitoring quality during execution.



The role requires proactive communication with clients and internal teams to maintain design integrity and deliver projects to a high skilled standard. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with demonstrated experience leading end-to-end interior projects.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and layout development to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically coherent interior environments.
• Hands-on experience with Construction Drawings, detailing, and coordination with site teams and contractors.
• Solid understanding of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including specification, sourcing, and budget management.
• Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience in interior projects.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide junior team members and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in India is highly beneficial.
