Our initial operations will focus on Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), specializing in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), including Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Through-Hole Technology (THT), and related electronics assembly services. Our EMS manufacturing facility is being established in Noida, with commercial operations targeted to begin in May 2027. Our corporate office will be located in Central Delhi. As part of our long-term expansion strategy, Fierca also plans to establish a dedicated PCB fabrication facility in the Delhi NCR region by Q3 of 2028. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to lead customer acquisition, develop industry relationships, and drive business growth in the electronics manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• Identify and acquire customers for PCB assembly and EMS services.
• Build relationships with OEMs, electronics manufacturers, and industrial clients.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term business partnerships.
• Develop a strong customer pipeline ahead of manufacturing operations.
• Represent Fierca at industry exhibitions, meetings, and networking events.




• Lead marketing initiatives and support future expansion into PCB fabrication. Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in sales or business development.
• Prior experience in PCB, PCBA, or EMS will be strongly preferred.
• Established industry connections and a proven track record of acquiring B2B customers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and customer requirements.
• Willingness to travel for business development activities.

Job Location & Work Arrangement This is a full-time, on-site position based primarily at Fierca's corporate office in Central Delhi, with regular visits to our EMS manufacturing facility in Noida and travel as required for customer engagements.
