Role Description This is a part time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Srikakulam. The Life Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable Bajaj Life products, including term plans, ULIPs, retirement, and child policies. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting needs-based consultations, providing policy explanations, and assisting customers through the application, documentation, and policy issuance process.



The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships, handling service queries, supporting claim-related guidance, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. The agent will collaborate with branch teams and follow regulatory and company compliance guidelines while meeting individual sales and service targets. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate life insurance products.
• Foundational knowledge in Insurance and Finance, enabling clear explanation of product features, policy terms, and long-term financial benefits.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication in person and over the phone.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships across diverse customer segments.
• Ability to work on-site in Srikakulam, manage a part-time schedule effectively, and meet defined sales and service objectives.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and mobile/online platforms for customer servicing, lead management, and reporting.
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
