We are looking for a energetic and analytical professional with Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. At least 10 years of experience in design, execution, supervision, quantity verification, project monitoring, technical audit, or assessment of civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in project management, research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and client coordination, with experience in preparing reports, presentations, and supporting planning and consulting assignments.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and assess the design of civil infrastructure works against approved plans, drawings and specifications.
* Verify the execution and physical implementation of civil works at project sites.
* Conduct site inspections to assess the quality, quantity and physical status of completed works.
* Undertake quantity verification of civil works against BOQs, measurements and supporting records.
* Conduct technical audits and assessments to identify discrepancies,



deficiencies or unsupported works.
* Provide technical inputs for asset verification, cost assessment and preparation of project verification reports.
* Review construction documentation, drawings, measurements and other relevant technical records.
* Monitor project progress and assess the status of civil infrastructure development. Desired Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in civil infrastructure projects.
* Strong experience in design and execution of civil infrastructure works.
* Proven experience in construction supervision and project monitoring.
* Hands-on experience in quantity verification and assessment of civil works.
* Experience in technical audit and evaluation of civil infrastructure projects.
