Team members collaborate to create engaging sessions that positively impact children and their communities. Role Description The First Aid Instructor is a part-time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the instructor delivers first aid classes to children aged 9–15, using age-appropriate teaching methods and demonstrations to build practical skills and safety awareness. Daily responsibilities include planning conducting interactive sessions, assessing learner understanding, and maintaining a safe classroom environment. The instructor also participates in curriculum development, collaborates with other trainers, provides feedback on program improvements, and may engage with parents or guardians to explain course outcomes.



This role requires the candidate to travel to different schools to deliver First Aid training to school children. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid First Aid and First Aid Training skills, with current certifications from a recognized authority preferred.
• Candidate should be well-versed in basic first aid like dressing wounds to advanced first aid like CPR techniques.
• Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Training skills, including experience facilitating group learning sessions for children or young learners.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain medical concepts clearly and calmly in simple language.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or certification in first aid, emergency care, nursing, health education, or a related field are beneficial.
• Health-care professionals like nurses with experience in providing training are also preferred.
• Experience working with children in educational or community settings, strong classroom management abilities, and a commitment to safety and inclusivity are highly valued.
