About the Role
FiunEx is looking for a driven and resourceful Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified professionals across non-IT functions, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, and other business functions. Candidates with experience in global recruitment, particularly US hiring, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Recruit for non-IT positions, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, supply chain, and other specialized roles.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, experience,

• Support salary negotiations, offer management, and candidate follow-ups to improve offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hire and a positive candidate experience. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, primarily in non-IT hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or other specialized non-IT positions is desirable.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and other candidate sourcing techniques.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work within defined hiring timelines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in global recruitment, particularly US recruitment.
• Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or consulting-sector hiring.
• Familiarity with international recruitment processes, time-zone coordination, and candidate engagement across geographies.
