Role Description The Branch Head role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chandigarh, with a mix of in office responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Head will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including student admissions, counseling, and managing academic and administrative processes. This role includes driving enrollment targets, building relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners, and organizing local marketing and outreach initiatives. The Branch Head will lead and mentor branch staff, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with institutional policies,



and maintain high standards of service and learner satisfaction. The role also involves reporting branch performance to senior management and contributing to local strategies that support ICFAI’s growth and reputation. Qualifications
