Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader position based in Faridabad within the media and event division of Franchise India Holdings Limited. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations for media and event projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns and events. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding team members, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. The Team Leader will also contribute to process improvements, reporting,



and coordination with cross-functional teams to support successful event outcomes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on client handling, issue resolution, and relationship management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external collaboration.
• Candidates should possess Event Planning abilities, including scheduling, resource planning, and logistics coordination.
• Candidates should possess Event Management skills for overseeing end-to-end event execution, on-site coordination, and post-event review.
• 4–8 years of experience in the media or event industry, preferably in a team-leading or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools; experience with event or project management software is an advantage.
