Role Description The Event Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and engagement activities, from initial concept and budgeting through vendor coordination, logistics, and on-the-day management. The Event Manager will work closely with HR and Admin stakeholders to understand requirements, design event experiences that align with corporate culture, and ensure seamless integration of refreshments and hospitality services. Daily tasks include schedule and resource planning,



vendor and venue management, quality checks, and resolving operational issues to deliver consistently high service standards. The role also involves tracking event performance, managing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of Frutta’s corporate engagement programs. Qualifications
• Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing corporate events, logistics, and vendor relationships.
• Strong project and time management abilities, with competence in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with HR/Admin teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation, with a focus on creating engaging employee experiences and maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Comfort with using technology tools for event management, reporting, and coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, including occasional extended hours around major events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in corporate events or hospitality is highly valued.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
