Company Description 92health builds software that runs a clinic and hospitals end to end: consultation, pharmacy, shops, lab and billing on one system. We are an early-stage company with a first group of clinics in Chennai as customers, and we are now building our Chennai team. Role Description You will liase with healthcare institutions Chennai and the greater Chennai area, run product demos and set up our first field relationship process. You will manage a team of field business development associates. Responsibilities
• Identify, visit and pitch 92health to healthcare institutions.
• Run product demos for clinic owners and their front-desk staff.
• Build a referral pipeline through existing customers and medical associations such as the IMA and the TNOA.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and send a weekly progress report.
• Hand over each signed clinic to the implementation team with the details needed for go-live.
• Hire, train and manage a field business development associate. Requirements




• Enthusiastic about working at an early-stage startup: a small team, priorities that change from week to week, and work that goes beyond the job title.
• 4 to 8 years in field sales to clinics, hospitals or doctors (pharma, medical devices or healthcare software), with experience in Chennai.
• Fluent Tamil and English.
• An existing network of clinic owners in Chennai.
• Experience managing or training a field sales representative.
• Comfortable demonstrating software on a laptop or tablet.
• Own two-wheeler or car. Nice to have
• Experience selling to ophthalmologists or optical retailers.
• Experience with clinic software or EMR products. Compensation Fixed monthly pay based on experience, plus an incentive per clinic that goes live. Allowances for field work as needed; hours follow the work rather than a conventional office week.
