This position oversees day-to-day operational activities, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and coordination across teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Operations Manager monitors performance metrics, identifies process improvements, and implements standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. The role involves supervising staff, managing vendor and client interactions related to operations,
