Role Description The SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Expert (UK payroll preferable) will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Employee Central Payroll processes in alignment with client requirements and local regulations. Day-to-day activities include analyzing payroll-related business processes, designing and implementing solutions, managing integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, and troubleshooting payroll issues to ensure accurate and timely results. The role involves collaborating closely with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders, documenting functional specifications, testing system changes, and providing user training and ongoing support. This is a full-time role based in Visakhapatnam with a hybrid work model,



allowing a mix of in office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The expert will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support broader HR transformation projects within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex payroll data, identify issues, and recommend efficient solutions.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and related PTP mapping components for end-to-end payroll
• Proficiency in Payroll schema's and Infotypes
• Experience in designing and optimizing HR and payroll business processes, including documentation and process standardization.
• Knowledge of SAP Basis and integration concepts to support system performance, interfaces, and secure connectivity across platforms.
• Hands-on experience with integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR or ERP systems, including testing and monitoring data flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience in payroll implementation or support projects, ideally within SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM environments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and work effectively in a hybrid setup.
• Familiarity with local payroll regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the role’s operating region is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and SAP ERP modules are beneficial.
