Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Design and develop automotive headlamp and tail lamp components.
- Create cutting-edge and cost-effective lighting design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.
Engineering & Validation
- Develop and review 2D engineering drawings.
- Support product development activities from concept through production.
- Work with thermoplastics and decorative components, including chrome and surface-finish elements.
- Ensure product quality requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including styling, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives related to exterior lighting systems.
