About The Role An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the team within the West of Scotland Regional Heart & Lung Cardiac Cath Labs Department at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital as part of the Interventional Cardiology service.

The role of Cath Lab Stock Control Assistant is primarily responsible for stock management and rotation within specified cath labs and store areas. You will also have significant responsibility for tracking, tracing and re-ordering of stock and equipment.

You will be joining an expanding team, working together to ensure all Cath Lab stock is available to support the clinical activity delivered through 5 Cath Labs and 2 Day Units.

About You

This vacancy demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills and expertise in computerised systems such as spreadsheets and databases. Your personal qualities should include excellent organisation skills together with a positive approach and the ability to work effectively within the busy team.

You should be able to demonstrate your commitment to ongoing personal and career development and the ability to adapt to the diverse and variable demands of caring for patients within the Cath Lab Department.
