Creative Copywriter – Ads & Landing Pages | HOS (High On Sales)

We don't believe in running ads just to generate clicks. We build campaigns and funnels that grab attention, establish trust, generate qualified leads, and drive real business results.

What You'll Actually Do:

- You'll own the creative copy and conversion strategy behind our clients' ads and landing pages.
- Research competitors, winning ads, audience psychology, and buying triggers to develop compelling creative angles.




- Write high-converting video ad scripts, static ad copy, carousels, hooks, and landing page copy.
- Listen to client and sales calls to extract real customer insights, objections, and language that can strengthen the messaging.
- Collaborate with our performance marketing team to test different hooks, creatives, offers, and landing page variations.
- Analyze ad performance, identify what's working, and continuously improve the copy and creatives based on actual results.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in direct-response copywriting, paid advertising, or conversion-focused landing pages.
- Proven experience writing ads for coaches, consultants, founders, or personal brands, preferably for lead generation.
- Robust understanding of hooks, offers, storytelling, objections, CTAs, and consumer psychology.
- Exceptional observation, research, listening skills, and creative judgment.
- A good eye for design and the ability to build or improve landing pages independently.
- Strong ownership, comfort with AI tools, and the ability to move quickly without constant supervision.

Bonus points: You've written ads for webinars, high-ticket offers, or lead generation funnels, built landing pages yourself, or can demonstrate measurable improvements in conversions.
