- Promote gold loan products to prospective customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets.
- Explain gold loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate business.
- Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth processing of gold loan applications.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.

Ideal Candidate

- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 0 or 1+ years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must be able to promote gold loan products and identify new customers to achieve sales targets
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have basic numerical and documentation skills (assisting with loan applications and customer records)
- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must be able to work collaboratively and achieve business targets
- Mandatory (Communication): Must have valuable communication and interpersonal skills to explain loan features and maintain customer relationships
- Mandatory (Education): Must be a graduate in Commerce, Arts, or Science

- Mandatory: Must have hands-on MS Office tools / advanced Excel and data reporting skills at an intermediate level

- Mandatory (Note 2): Must be willing to work from the branch (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) and handle cash and customer-facing duties
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must be able to handle customer grievances and perform tele-calling
- Mandatory: Candidates must be comfortable travelling within a radius of 15–20 km, approximately twice a month, whenever required for business purposes.
- Preferred (Experience 1): Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, NBFCs, or financial services
