Role Description This full-time Homecare Nurse role is an on-site position based in Hyderabad, providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes.

The Homecare

Nurse will conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage wound care and dressings, and monitor vital signs and overall health status. The role includes coordinating with physicians, therapists,



and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans and adjust them as needed. The nurse will educate patients and caregivers on condition management, medication adherence, infection prevention, and protected home care practices.

Daily responsibilities also involve accurate documentation, adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards, and clear communication with families and the wider care team to support quality outcomes and patient comfort.

Qualifications

- Clinical Nursing skills, including patient assessment and care planning.
- Knowledge of Medicine and ability to safely administer medications and treatments.
- Experience in Home Care and familiarity with providing care in residential settings.
- Strong Patient Care skills with a focus on dignity, comfort, and safety.
- Competence in Wound Care, including dressing changes and infection prevention.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc Nursing) and valid nursing registration/license.
- Previous experience in home healthcare, hospital, or community nursing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond to changing patient needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, adherence to clinical protocols, and continuous professional development.
