We’re looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst to support our day-to-day procurement activities and help ensure smooth, efficient operations while delivering excellent service to clients and suppliers.

? What will you do?

- Act as the primary point of contact for procurement-related inquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely responses.
- Handle supplier inquiries related to invoicing, billing, and payment status.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Monitor pending requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient procurement operations.
- Identify operational challenges and contribute to process improvements.

? What are we looking for?

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement operations,



purchasing support, supplier coordination, accounts payable, or invoice management.
- Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP and SAP Ariba.
- Knowledge of purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and supplier management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
