Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to generate current business and drive sales of industrial products across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales across industrial segments.

- Promote and sell industrial products such as Electric Motors, Industrial Pumps, Air Compressors, Industrial Valves and Valve Positioners.

- Visit industries, factories, manufacturing plants and project sites to generate business.

- Build relationships with Purchase Managers, Maintenance Heads, Plant Heads and Project Engineers.





- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up to close orders.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new project opportunities.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

- Maintain customer relationships and submit regular sales and visit reports.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in industrial / technical sales.

- Diploma in Engineering preferred.

- Experience selling industrial products such as motors, pumps, compressors or valves will be an advantage.

- Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Odisha.
