We’re looking for a polished, results-driven Sales Manager with experience in luxury or ultra-luxury real estate sales. You’ll build a strong pipeline, engage affluent and HNI prospects, and guide qualified buyers through a high-touch sales journey.

- Identify and develop high-quality prospects through outbound sales and lead generation
- Understand client needs and qualify serious buyers
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients
- Coordinate and conduct site visits
- Deliver a professional, attentive experience throughout the sales process
- Maintain consistent follow-up and drive conversions
- Represent the project with confidence, discretion, and sophistication.

What you’ll bring
- Mandatory experience in luxury or ultra-luxury real estate sales
- Strong outbound sales and client acquisition skills
- Excellent English and Hindi communication
- Confidence in engaging affluent and HNI clientele
- Strong negotiation, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
- A polished, professional approach to premium real estate sales
- Experience with HNI clients is mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.
