Role Description This full time, on-site Server role is based in the Pune Division and centers on providing attentive and efficient table service to guests. The Server greets guests, presents menus, takes orders accurately, and communicates them to the kitchen and bar. The role includes serving food and beverages, checking in with guests, answering questions about the menu, and handling payments and receipts.

The Server maintains cleanliness and organization in the dining area, resets tables, and follows hygiene and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with the hosting, kitchen,



and management teams to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in billing and familiarity with POS systems.
- Understanding of food and beverage service standards, including menu knowledge and proper serving etiquette.
- Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety practices.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience as a server or in hospitality is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional local language skills in Pune Division are an advantage.
