What does quality look like when your product talks, thinks, and reaches 19M+ patients?

We’re looking for someone who loves breaking things so they never break for real users. You’ll own QA for systems built on Claude (Anthropic), ElevenLabs voice pipelines, and GCP, and help define how AI products get tested.

What you’ll do

? Build resilient Playwright suites for web, API, and AI-generated flows

? Lead QA strategy for voice automation: synthesis quality, latency, failure modes

? Validate LLM integrations with evals, prompt regression testing, and determinism-aware strategies

? Build Node.js/TypeScript test tooling and run scalable test infra on Cloud Run, GCS, and Pub/Sub

? Track the metrics that matter: coverage, flakiness, MTTD, regression velocity





? Mentor junior QA engineers and set team-wide standards

You’ll thrive here if you have:

✅ 5+ years in QA, with 2+ on LLM, AI API, or speech/audio systems

✅ Expert Playwright and robust Node.js/TypeScript skills

✅ Hands-on GCP, CI/CD, and REST/WebSocket/gRPC testing experience

⭐ Bonus: PromptFoo/Braintrust, audio quality assessment, OpenTelemetry/Datadog, WCAG 2.1
