Role Description The Tendering Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, intended for candidates local to Bhopal who are willing to work at the Hyderabad location.

The Tendering

Specialist will manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs. This role involves preparing and submitting competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records of all tender-related documentation.

Specialist will liaise with procurement, engineering, and finance teams, communicate with clients and authorities when needed, track tender status and outcomes, and support continuous improvement of tendering strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management skills, including experience in end-to-end tender processes and familiarity with government and infrastructure-related tenders.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret tender documents, evaluate risks and costs, and compare technical and commercial conditions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, interacting with clients, and presenting tender information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills, including drafting technical and commercial proposals, bid summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills, such as understanding supplier quotations, material requirements, and cost estimation for tender submissions.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online tender portals is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
