About The Role

Blue Ocean IMC is looking for a Visual Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong sense of visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about creating compelling designs across digital and branding touchpoints. This is a full-time, work-from-office role. We do not offer hybrid or remote work options for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging visual designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Develop brand-aligned creatives, layouts, and visual assets
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
- Ensure consistency in design across all brand communications
- Stay updated with design trends, tools,



and best practices

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in visual/graphic design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
