We are looking for an Indian national with certified French language proficiency to lead and manage French-language transcription and AI data annotation team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage French-language transcription and data annotation team.
- 6 hours: Hands-on word alignment and annotation.
- 4 hours: Reviewing completed work, quality assurance, ensuring daily output targets are met, mentoring team members, and managing the team's day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

- Excellent proficiency in French (France), including grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension.
- Strong understanding of spoken French, accents, and conversational language.




- Good command of English for qualified communication.
- Previous experience in transcription, translation, proofreading, linguistic quality assurance, or data annotation is preferred.
- Prior team management or leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Must have:

Must hold a valid, recognized French language proficiency certification such as DELF, DALF, or an equivalent recognized qualification. Applicants must submit a copy of their certificate mentioning the proficiency level, issuing organization, and year of completion.
