Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer with strong expertise in TypeScript and Playwright to build scalable automation frameworks and drive intelligent testing solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience leveraging AI/GenAI to improve test automation, coverage, and overall engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using TypeScript and Playwright.
- Build end-to-end, functional, regression, and API automation suites.
- Develop reusable test components, utilities, and automation libraries.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage AI/GenAI for test case generation, script creation, test data generation, and failure analysis.
- Explore AI-driven self-healing automation and intelligent testing approaches.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve application quality.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.




- Extensive experience with Playwright and Playwright Test.
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of browser automation, API testing, and debugging.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Practical exposure to AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted testing.

Good to Have
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
- Exposure to Docker, cloud testing platforms, and performance testing.
- Experience testing AI/LLM-powered applications and RAG workflows.

Ideal Candidate: A solid engineering-oriented automation professional who is proficient in TypeScript and Playwright and actively incorporates AI into test automation rather than relying solely on traditional scripting approaches.
