We’re Hiring | Social Media Content Strategist & Director

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

At Presentt, we’re looking for a creative thinker who understands how brands communicate through content.

Someone who can study brands, understand their audience, identify creative opportunities and turn ideas into engaging content.

We’re not just looking for someone who can manage social media pages. We need someone who can take ownership of the entire content process, from research and ideation to shoot direction and final execution.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Research brands, competitors and industry trends to identify content opportunities.

Develop creative content ideas based on each brand’s identity and target audience.

Plan monthly content calendars and content themes.

Write video concepts, hooks, scripts and storyboards.

Attend shoots and direct the creative production process.

Coordinate with cameramen, models, presenters, designers and video editors.

Ensure the final content aligns with the brand’s positioning and objectives.





Review content performance and identify ways to improve.

What we’re looking for

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.

Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.

Ability to research brands and understand what makes content work.

Experience in content planning, scripting and shoot direction.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Someone who takes ownership and can work independently.

- Prior experience in a creative agency or content production environment is a plus.

Important: This is an on-site role based in Bangalore. You should be comfortable attending shoots and working closely with the production team.
