It's a full-time role, 100% remote, and AI avatars and generated footage are part of the actual job, not a side project.

We build AI agents for a living, so nobody here will roll their eyes when you want to test a new tool. You'll probably end up telling us which ones are rubbish.

But here are three things we won't budge on:

Taste: You cut for rhythm over effects, and you'll tell me straight when a take isn't working.

AI skills: Avatars, AI voice and generated B-roll are tools you already use, and you're first in line when a recent one drops.

Polish: Clean audio, consistent colour, captions with zero typos. The last 5% of an edit is the part I notice.
