Role Description The Territory Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar, responsible for managing and growing TrucksUp’s presence in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and onboarding transporters, fleet owners, and other logistics partners, as well as nurturing existing relationships to increase platform adoption and usage. The Territory Business Manager will monitor daily operational performance in the region, resolve partner issues, and ensure consistent service quality. Day-to-day activities include conducting field visits, engaging with customers, gathering market insights,



and collaborating with internal teams to implement territory-specific growth strategies. The role also requires tracking sales targets, preparing regular reports, and representing TrucksUp’s value proposition to stakeholders in a qualified and ethical manner. Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence transporters, fleet owners, and local partners.
• Solid understanding of regional market dynamics, with the ability to gather and interpret field data to inform business decisions.
• Comfort with using technology platforms and mobile applications; familiarity with AI-driven or digital logistics solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and meet defined performance targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Willingness to travel within the territory for customer visits, partner meetings, and market development activities.
