About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst / MIS & Dashboard Specialist with excellent hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (GHL). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing business performance dashboards, analysing sales and operational data, tracking leads, monitoring team performance and generating actionable business insights. Candidates with prior experience working with immigration consultancies, particularly in the Canada Immigration industry, will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Dashboard Preparation & Management
- Create, manage and maintain business performance dashboards using GoHighLevel.
- Develop real-time dashboards to monitor leads, conversions, sales and revenue.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business performance reports.
- Track KPIs and provide management with actionable insights. 2. GoHighLevel (GHL) Management
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Manage pipelines, workflows, automations, campaigns and lead management systems.
- Monitor lead status, follow-ups, appointments and conversion rates.
- Create and optimise reporting systems within GHL. 3. Business Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse lead generation, lead quality and sales conversion data.
- Track counsellor and sales team performance.
- Identify gaps in the sales funnel and suggest improvements.
- Prepare management reports with meaningful data interpretation. 4.



Immigration Business Analytics
- Understand the Canada Immigration consulting business model.
- Track leads across different immigration programs and services.
- Monitor consultation bookings, client onboarding and conversion ratios.
- Analyse the complete customer journey, from lead generation to client registration. 5. Management Support
- Provide accurate reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting consistency.
- Identify business growth opportunities through data analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Strong expertise in business analytics and dashboard preparation.
- Excellent knowledge of MIS reporting and KPI tracking.
- Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of CRM automation, workflows and sales funnels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during PST business hours. Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in an immigration consultancy.
- Knowledge of Canada Immigration services and client acquisition processes.
- Experience tracking immigration leads, consultations, sales and client conversions.
- Experience preparing dashboards for sales and management teams. Working Schedule
