Role Description The Holiday Packages Consultant – International Destinations is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing customized international holiday itineraries, recommending destinations and experiences, and creating cost-effective package options that align with client preferences and budgets. The consultant will handle end-to-end trip planning, including flights, accommodations, transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance, while coordinating with suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and reliable services. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing and sharing proposals, managing bookings and documentation, and providing timely support to travelers before and during their trips. The consultant is expected to maintain accurate records in internal systems, stay updated on international travel trends, visas, and regulations, and contribute to sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling value-added services. Qualifications
• Experience in international holiday planning and itinerary design,



with robust destination knowledge for key markets such as Europe, Japan, Kenya, Australia, New Zealand, and Greece.
• Solid customer service and client relationship skills, including the ability to understand traveler preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in pricing holiday packages, managing margins, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Competence in travel operations, including handling bookings for flights, hotels, ground transport, sightseeing, and travel insurance, along with basic visa and documentation know-how.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with travel booking tools, CRM or MIS systems, and standard office software.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
• Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment is preferred; a diploma or degree
