The team is focused on delivering accurate, full-scale, real-time experiences that make residential design more confident and efficient. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect – Residential Design & Real Estate & Digital Content based in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will support the design and visualization of residential projects, translating client requirements into transparent floor plans and 3D walkthroughs using Home Studio’s immersive tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in architectural design, coordinating with real estate partners and clients, preparing design documentation, and participating in project review sessions. The role also involves creating and refining digital content such as presentations, design stories, and visual assets that showcase project concepts and the Home Studio experience.



The Junior Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, technology, and client communication. The candidate will work on architectural design and 3D visualization while representing Home Studios as the face of our real estate marketing through engaging videos, property presentations, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D models, and realistic renders.
- Create architectural concepts and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Present residential properties, explain layouts, and highlight property features through videos and reels.
- Be the on-camera face of Home Studios' real estate marketing.
- Create content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with real estate developers, channel partners, and prospective customers.
- Support property marketing, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and site visits. Requirements

Arch degree or relevant architectural qualification.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization software.
- Good communication skills and confidence in front of the camera.
- Interest in real estate, architecture, and digital marketing.
- Creative thinking, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Video editing and social media content creation skills are an advantage.
