Job Title: Guest Service Associate – F&B; Service Department: Food & Beverage Service Job Summary The Guest Service Associate (F&B; Service) is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service to guests. The role ensures smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, adherence to service standards, and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, cleared, and maintained before, during, and after service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to requests, feedback, and complaints.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and productive service delivery.




• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant, including mise en place and service preparation.
• Support inventory control and minimize wastage wherever possible.
• Uphold grooming and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Handle additional responsibilities as directed by the manager.
• Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring consistent brand representation and integrity. Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum Higher Secondary or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
• Prior experience in F&B; service or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
