We are looking for skilled AI/ML Developers with practical experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and intelligent automation. This opportunity is ideal for independent freelancers who already have an active Upwork account, a proven work history, and previously billed hours on the platform, and are interested in collaborating with our agency on international client projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and intelligent applications.
• Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Develop AI agents, Agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, and intelligent chatbots.
• Train, test, evaluate, and optimise machine learning and deep learning models.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Develop scalable backend services and AI-powered applications.
• Collaborate with international clients and internal technical teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, project estimations, and end-to-end project delivery. Required Technical Skills 1. AI / Machine Learning
• Solid proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimisation. 2. Generative AI / LLM




• Experience with OpenAI APIs, GPT models, Claude, or Gemini.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
• AI Agents and Agentic AI frameworks. 3. Backend Development & Cloud
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Valuable-to-Have Skills
• Computer Vision and Predictive Analytics.
• Hugging Face and Transformers.
• AI workflow automation tools such as n8n and Make.com.
