The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads through online research, outbound outreach, and engagement with target accounts in relevant industries. This role involves managing lead databases, tracking interactions, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to build targeted campaigns and nurture prospects. The specialist will communicate Cybervie’s cybersecurity offerings clearly, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and provide regular reports on lead quality, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics. The position requires consistent follow-up, coordination across teams, and a structured approach to driving growth in a remote, digital-first environment. Qualifications
• Proficiency in identifying and qualifying New Leads and executing effective Lead Generation strategies.
• Strong Communication skills for engaging prospects, presenting services, and collaborating with internal teams.




• Experience in Sales processes, including prospect nurturing, appointment setting, and supporting deal progression.
• Ability to conduct structured Research on industries, organizations, and decision-makers to build targeted prospect lists.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools, email and social outreach platforms, and basic pipeline reporting.
• Understanding of B2B technology or cybersecurity services is a plus, with the ability to learn and articulate technical concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a remote workplace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
