About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team in Bangalore on a 6-month contractual basis. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong experience in SaaS hiring, handling both IT and Non-IT mandates across junior to mid-senior level roles. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across various business functions.
• Handle hiring requirements across junior, mid, and mid-senior level positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.




• Build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination where required.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire. Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Proven experience in SaaS hiring with exposure to both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Strong experience in hiring across junior to mid-senior level mandates.
• Positive understanding of various sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with speed, ownership, and attention to detail in a target-driven environment. Preferred Background
• Candidates from the HRTech industry will be highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or product-based organization will be an added advantage. What We’re Looking For
