We’re looking for a polished, results-driven Sales Manager with experience in luxury or ultra-luxury real estate sales. You’ll build a strong pipeline, engage affluent and HNI prospects, and guide qualified buyers through a high-touch sales journey. What you’ll do




• Identify and develop high-quality prospects through outbound sales and lead generation
• Understand client needs and qualify serious buyers
• Build trusted relationships with prospective clients
• Coordinate and conduct site visits
• Deliver a professional, attentive experience throughout the sales process
• Maintain consistent follow-up and drive conversions
• Represent the project with confidence, discretion, and sophistication. What you’ll bring
• Mandatory experience in luxury or ultra-luxury real estate sales
• Strong outbound sales and client acquisition skills
• Excellent English and Hindi communication
• Confidence in engaging affluent and HNI clientele
• Solid negotiation, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
• A polished, professional approach to premium real estate sales
• Experience with HNI clients is mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.
