The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets. POSITION DETAILS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire new clients across corporate and educational sectors.
- Generate leads and develop business opportunities with companies, schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Promote and sell corporate gifting solutions and admission kits.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and order closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate order fulfilment.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance. ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.
- A target-driven approach with a focus on achieving results.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email communication.
- Prior experience in sales or business development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with solid communication and convincing skills may also apply. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Fixed

Salary:
₹15,000 per month Sales Incentive: 2.5% of the total order value Performance: Target-based role with additional earnings linked to sales performance.
